World Pyramids.

The pyramids of Giza near Cairo are undoubtedly the best known pyramids in the world. However they are by no means the only ones in Egypt. Indeed there are over 80 known pyramids in the Nile Valley alone.

Splendid Pyramids.

Although many of these are considerably smaller than the Giza pyramids, locations like Saqqara, and Dahshur just south of Cairo reveal several splendid pyramids even older than the Great Pyramid itself.

Worldwide phenomenon.
